Returns and refunds are eligible for orders made within the US. All international purchases are final sale.

Multi-Pack Refund Process (3-Pack & 5-Pack)
If you ordered a 3-pack or 5-pack, we ask that you only open and try on one item from the pack to determine if the fit and feel meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth return process:
Do not open any of the other items in the pack.
Mark the opened item (for example, with a small sticker or label) to easily identify it when you send the pack back.
Return the entire pack—including the opened item—for a refund.
You will not have to pay for a shipping label with your return.  

‍One-Pack Returns (Opened)
If you’ve purchased a one-pack and have opened it but are not satisfied with the fit or size, we are happy to help! We cannot offer a refund on opened one-pack items. However, we will send you a new size free of charge if you would like to exchange it for a different size. A $5 handling fee will apply to this return

No Refund for Opened Item: As a reminder, we do not offer a refund for the original opened pair, but we encourage you to gift your unwanted pair to a friend! If the item has been opened from its original packaging, even if it has not been worn or washed, we are unable to accept the return.

‍One-Pack Returns (Unopened)
‍If you purchased a one-pack and haven’t opened the packaging, you are eligible for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is still in its original, unopened packaging.
Return Process: Simply return the unopened one-pack within 30 days of receiving your order.
Full Refund: Once we receive the unopened one-pack in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded as part of this return.

Pack up the items in a similar manner to when you received them.

‍Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as part of any returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
